Sergio has been licensed by the D.R.E. since 1994; UFHL has been licensed since 2005. Sergio has worked in all aspects of mortgage lending with a strong emphasis on mortgage operations. He has a strong knowledge of all mortgage products including VA, VA IRRRL, Purchase loans, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, Adjustable Rate Mortgages and Reverse Mortgages.
